The accommodation was cozy and nice close to the ocean and the super warm friendly staff, the restaurant down the road, and The Tan Thanh Garden Homestay. Genuinely helpful staff ensured a very special stay for 4 nights. We loved the venue and its ideal and exceptionally nice setting.

We loved the beachside location with amazing restaurants and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. The staff was incredible and the beds were comfortable with cold AC. The $15 massages were a bonus, and the property had a coffee shop and restaurant. The lush greenery and friendly staff made it a perfect peaceful getaway. We also enjoyed using the free cycles to go to Hoi An every day.

Outstanding staff and no complaints. We stayed there for 4 days and loved excellent service. We didn't have time to take advantage of takeaway breakfast provided, but it seemed to be savoury. Don’t leave without trying the food at Restaurant Yang Yang close enough to the venue: )

The kids absolutely loved the cable TV in the room, with all their favorite shows and movies available. It kept them entertained during downtime. The beachfront location was perfect for us to enjoy some quality family time. We spent hours building sandcastles and swimming in the calm waters. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel had a kids' play area.

Had a very peaceful stay. The apartment was fantastic base for sightseeing in Hoi An, liked it. Staff was absolutely perfect; I got a really delicious breakfast. Awesome location, stayed for a wedding ceremony.

Wow! Our stay at this homestay was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super, with direct beach access and beautiful private gardens. The rooms were fresh and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked for us every morning, and the coffee was barista quality - the best espresso we've ever had! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ve who made our stay extra special. They arranged airport transfers and even cooked us a delicious dinner one night. The beach was excellent, clean and spacious, just a short walk from our room. We also enjoyed the decent bicycles provided by the homestay. The location, about 10/15 minutes from the center of the city, was great as it was less touristy. our stay here was a true paradise in beautiful surroundings. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable!

The venue was close where I needed to be, exceptional service, room was beautifully decorated and brand-new. It had a peaceful and ideal setting near A Bang beach area, the south china sea, and a taxi. Plus it was located in the beautiful gardens. Overall experience was special.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely beachside homestay. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a few steps away. The gardens surrounding the property were lush and well-maintained, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The room I stayed in was nicely decorated and had a spacious balcony area where I could relax and enjoy the sea views. The breakfasts were tasty and there was a good selection of continental and Vietnamese dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Tan Thanh Garden Homestay.

Cosy, comfortable apartment in Hoi An. Unbeatable setting to the south china sea. Nice surrounding, near to a beautifully lush, tropical garden behind the dune, and old town centre about 6km away.

The location of the homestay was perfect, with beautiful and well-maintained gardens and fantastic sea views. the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. the breakfast options were delicious and delivered to my private garden area. being just a few steps away from the beach was a major advantage.

I experienced some noise and disturbance in my room due to its proximity to the cafe, with people using my balcony and playing videos loudly.

Beautiful location right by the beach, providing a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere. The spacious rooms were well-designed and comfortable. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms without a view to the garden or beach seemed a bit dark. we noticed some issues with the room, such as cheaply done renovations and a rat living in the ceiling above us, which caused bits of its nest to drop through the corners of the ceiling.

Basking in the sun at this beachfront place was absolutely delightful. I loved the free bikes, terrace and garden views! Oh, and let's not forget the thrilling experience of navigating through their library.

I mean, who needs accurate food orders anyway? It's so much fun to be surprised with something completely different!
